Exactly. The idea would probably follow the Onslaught tribute very closely (www.myspace.com/onslaughttribute) so yeah, I could make a MySpace for it no problem! ANymore ideas anyone? myspace would be a good start. I would ask marclecomte, zodiakironfist and stillplaying/GRIN to include their utoob videos, or better still, ask them to record and trade audio files and have someone mix them into full tracks. BeholdTheAwesomeness must be included of course. I hear that Opeth have been heavily influenced by Coroner so they would be a logical choice and a heavyweight one that would bring kudos to the project. I think successful bands like Opeth owe a debt of inspiration to bands like Coroner. I think that an optional payment for downloading the album would be a positive idea. I would pay!!! IMO funds should go to bands that contribute to cover some costs and royalties to a charity of Coroners choice (possibly their benevolent selves :-)) my 2cents, dave |

Not a bad input, but obviously there are certain legalities involved with covers and payment that I'm not entirely sure on.

Well, I put out this question at Sanctuary records. (Who owns the contracts of Noise records, etc.) Hope to give you / us an answer soon. BTW. I was looking for a way to get authorization and came across Tommy's studio web-site. (Witch already was familiar to me) He changed a few things, among other things a photo of himself !!! (Producer/Engineer) www.newsound.ch Thank God the world did not cut his hair....  ..... entirely  |

That takes some more organizing then what we are doing here. Contracts, Studio's, Meetings, etc. ....  I'm not up for that, I'm in it for the fun of it. Lets go for the Utoob and MP3 downloads first and see where that's going.  |

But thats what I'm doing with the Onslaught tribute, we're hoping to pitch it to Candlelight records and get it released officially. If not then shit happens, but thats life haha.
So, hit me - what are our options bandwise (links etc. would be appreciated haha)

Says the the guy who has over 350 posts ... True Coroner fan.  It is no trouble at all. If we all put in a bit of effort, this could take off and we're one divine step closer of putting Coroner on the music-radar again. BTW it hit me tonight, the myspace web-page should be called: "THE DEATH CULT LODGE" I'll ask if we can use that name, that would be awesome. Does Carol have any contact with Andy Siegrist perhaps? Or does anyone know how to contact him? |

Damn, some of these guys can really fucking play  ANyhow, Bloodbrawl will commence recording of Internal Conflicts this summer, along with our debut albummmmmmmm. Its going to be a bonus track for the limited edition, but since this site is just that awesome I'll put it up for everyone to hear once its done. |
