I've ust received an email back from Derek Sykes from Demoliion Hammer (a reply about 4 months overdue) about the DH tribute that was spoken of - and that I was contantly hassled about - so I'll be going ahead with that too. I have my bloody work cut out for me haha

Hay guys, just back from holiday... how is it hanging? ;D I spook a photographer - girlfriend of mine about the album cover and she had some pretty good ideas herself as well. There will be some experimental stuff on here in the near future. (About Coroner, NOT about me...  ) Too bad she's on holidays herself right now... |

Hey guys!  it seems that i have missed a lot! there's few things that i would love to say and/or ask : 1. I came back after almost more than 2 years to this forum,I even forgot my username so I created a new one today. 2. How is the tribute project going? 3. I'm a die hard Coroner fan and also a guitar player, so if you want me to participate in this project I will be more than happy. 4. I can record / mix a few or one song for this project. 5. I have played solos for : Sirens Internal conflicts The favorite game Paralized-Mesmerized Golden cashmere sleeper Part 1 & 2 Divine Step Serpent Moves and "Many Faced" off Clockwork also played another few songs (just rhythm guitar parts) 6. I am also a Photoshop expert so please let me know if I can do something about the cover design. please let me know thanks. |

ok ...because this projets seems to be dead (I hope not), I was thinking of recording some songs and put them on youtube(i'd name it a personal tribute to Coroner then". in this case I will need someone to sing for me, coz my voice is the shit. I prefer to start with one off the list I mentioned above, I'm thinking of Golden cashmere part1 coz it's not being played or covered by any youtubers and or bands before. .....any ideas/suggestions?  |

It seems there's already many musicians (also more skilled than me).. but I can play guitar or bass depending on the song (some are just too hard). I also play drums but only for a few months, so that's gonna be a problem with tackling Coroner  |

I'd volunteer, because I can actually imitate Ron fairly well here and there...but note the " here and there" phrase, it'd take a lot of takes to try to get through actual songs. And it's not like I have the money to go into a studio or don't know of anyone with knowledge and/or equipment to mess around at their mixing board for a while and all. Heck, I don't even have a cheap microphone either, that might help a little Just a digital recorder, and that won't do the job! BTW, think you meant your voice is shit, I think 'the shit' is supposed to mean 'good' ;D (grammar/slang Nazi there, I know!) |

Well dude if u think u can imitate Ron, U'd better know that's just what I need... u don't need to mix it , all I need is the raw takes (wave files), fortunately I have enough knowledge to have a decent mix/ master. so pleaseeee if there's anyway that u can record it, it would be the best. I know what u mean by studio/budget/MIC problems, but please see if u can do something about it, so we can make it. today I was working on "golden cashmere sleeper part 1" and the good news is I will record and mix it by the next week. so u can count on me for sure. send me a message for any questions regarding studio/recoding/etc if u want. hope we can do it together. I can't promise much, due to chronic fatigue and I don't live alone (unfortunately), so I don't have much time to give it a shot, but I'll see what I can do.
Might be for naught though, case I can't do a good job with the voice, and like I said, I don't have decent recording abilities.
