I'm all for it, and I still have hope.
CELTIC FROST is reforming and they splitted around the same time as Coroner.
I still can't believe such a skilled and original band couldn't find a label and was dropped by the Noise f'wits. I read Marky's last interview in which they say they are the best of friends now, so I still believe it can happen. Are any of the three playing in another band now? Still in the world of music?
I saw them back in 1993 or 1994 for the Grin tour in Switzerland (Delémont), a very small venue. There were like 4-5 crappy bands playing before them, but as soon as these guys hit the stage everyone was mesmerized and blown away by the sheer power of their performance. Technically these guys really deliver.
Great to see this band isn't forgotten and still missed...hopefully this will help a possible reformation.

Well, they weren't dropped, they had already split up before they released their last album, which they reformed to do it just to fulfill their contract with Noise, since they owed them one last full-length recording. I saw them back in 1993 or 1994 for the Grin tour in Switzerland (Delémont), a very small venue. There were like 4-5 crappy bands playing before them, Don't you HATE that? I had to wait through two bands when I saw Coroner myself and that was bad enough; even concerts where they actually have real good bands is ridiculous to put that many on one bill, although touring costs money. |

I really hope they read these posts sometime. It would make my year if Coroner were to reform!! That would be awesome. It is a real waste of talent if they are not recording together.

Well, they're not going to make THAT mistake again, especially when Tommy had that Clockwork demo that he was working on, which Noise expressed interest, which he didn't exactly follow up with their offer  |

I was watching Nuclear Assault in London when somebody told me about a possible reunion...I was nearly in tears! they gave me the inspiration to start writing again...they lifted myself up so many times!! And it's a real shame they're not coming back. Thrash metal has been a sleeping dinosaur for to long but it's coming back again..somebody should tell them!!
