Hopefully you've learned by now that's Marky's last band... Speaking of which, any news on how that's going for him? Or news of how Ron or Tommy's doing?

I was always interested in anything that the boys may get up to. Tommy's brief stint in Kreator was a little disappointing, he didn't get free reign there (too good for 'em!!). Apollyon Sun was kinda disappointing too. I don't care how influential Tom G. & CF were, I thought they were no where near Coroner - so the collaboration was never gonna produce the goods for me. Anyway, the only reference I can find to Supreme Psychedelic Underground was a gig review of something that went on at the Abart Club, Zurich, October 2002 (with Alec Empire) www.abart.ch/bands_history.html. There are one or two reviews of this gig on the net, but they are in German (so I'm afraid I have no idea what went on, coz I'm a lazy English speaker) & there are no photos, one example is at: www.datababes.de/Party/Review/Partyreview2002.html

That's about 15 pages of material all in ONE PAGE. There must be 500 photos there...which is probably why you didn't notice the name of one of the bands: Dopeheads on Mopeds!!! MAN that's excellent! Sort of like local Houston band Poor Dumb Bastards, where they would need to have a helluva manager and/or attorney representing them: Club owner/swindler (pushing contract across desk to band member): Sure, we'll let you play, just (snicker) sign here... Band member (glances over it/pushes it back): That pay is total CRAP! Whaddya think I am, stupid? Club owner/swindler: Well I didn't think you'd actually READ it!

Hey, man! Sorry if I got you all psyched up for a useful link there! I guess I shoulda just admitted I know jack about SPU! As for the (Lesbian) Dopeheads on Mopeds (aka Gaye Bykers on Acid), it turns out that they're kinda local to me, from Leicester UK. It's easier to find shit out about them than SPU! ...and I'm sure I used to work for that very same club owner of whom you speak. ...or was I just that band member?!

Hey, man! Sorry if I got you all psyched up for a useful link there! Oh, no biggie, I just hit it out of curiosity...if it's something not as powerful as Coroner (i. e. not heavy death thrash), I'm not going to be as interested if it's not the latter! As for the (Lesbian) Dopeheads on Mopeds (aka Gaye Bykers on Acid) Oh, it's the same band? Funny how they came up with a similar-themed name! ...and I'm sure I used to work for that very same club owner of whom you speak. Oh, I'm sure there's QUITE a few of them all over the world! ...or was I just that band member?! Ditto Heh

www.kunstsalon.ch/mainFrames/info_040703.htmlheres a little link, its in German , but you can try and translate it through yahoo or something. Speaking of other members, I have no idea what Ron 's up to but I know that Vetterli 's been working as a producer lately . He's recently produced an album by this swiss band Pure Inc. and also an album by another band called Eeriness (sp?) a couple years ago and probably others that I'm not aware of. Anyway, if any of you have any these records it'd be cool to see a review of it here cause I see that this site needs some serious updating. cheers

Speaking of other members, I have no idea what Ron 's up to Doesn't sound like he's up to anything as far as the music biz goes. I wonder if he even plays the bass any more as it is Anyway, if any of you have any these records it'd be cool to see a review of it here cause I see that this site needs some serious updating. cheers Actually, the site's in the middle of a very major update, since I just found it last month, sent in a ton of stuff, and I got an e-mail from Carole in the last week or two saying that others (like Sirius) have also sent in a lot of stuff. Last I heard she was in the middle of translating a Coroner article in French, which she can't do translations very quickly. So have patience! BTW, cool handle, it made me do a doubletake, as I thought you were this other "evilgrin" from the video game website I'm on, but I doubt you're him
