I confess, I downloaded the whole thing.. ;D I was actually looking for GI videos and such on DC++ and there it was..I stumbled over it.. ..but of course I'm going to buy it, as I'm a true GI fan! Oh gee, will you fans of GI like this album..!! Actually it contains the most extreme drumming EVER recorded by Dave Lombardo..simply unf**kingbelievable jaw-dropping drumming!!! Gee, the man has gone insane this time..lucky 4 us! ;D The songs are strong with a "new" feel to it - very nice & fresh indeed. My favorite is Blood of Saints..awesome riffs that gives me goosebumps!! March 15/16 is our lucky dates - what a wonderful day that will be.. Man, I just HAVE to see them on tour this time..if they will tour?! I wish I had their e-mail address so I could give them the nice feedback they so well deserve.. ironfelix, maybe you could provide me with one..? /Kalle

I also have something to confess: I only saw this post now Which means, I haven't listened to the whole album yet... I just listened to 30-second samples of the first 5 songs on Amazon. When I recorded short samples of Grip Inc's song for the site, I remember how hard it was to pick any part to record, since most of their songs have so many different changes and moods -- 30 seconds cannot do any of their songs justice. Sooo... I don't know yet. Out of the little I've heard so far, nothing really "jumped at me". I was a bit bothered by the "polished" sound and effects and keyboards I heard in some parts (I usually like my metal raw.) This new album sounds closer to "Solidify" than to their first two albums too. "Answer" had too much keyboard for my taste... "Prophecy" and "Enemy Mind" not heavy enough... Both "Curse" and "Endowment of Apathy" sounded very promising though And that's all the samples they had on Amazon... I just have to listen to the whole thing, really, because I'm sure there is lots to love hidden in there. I'll probably buy the album one of these days -- gotta complete my Grip Inc. collection!

I just wanted to register a Hail! to Grip Inc. Seeing this in amongst the Coroner stuff has forced me to dig out Incorporated and give it a fresh visit. When it came out I felt that it was too close to Solidify in content, & I confess I only gave it an intense spin for a couple of weeks & then moved on. For the first time I've just checked out the videos that they put on the CD as well. The more I listen again, the better it sounds! This fair kicks ass! (But Nemesis remains their best work )

Precisely I believe they evolve with each release.
