I got so curious I bought it in the end. I'm just pretending to myself that no way did I really pay that much for one track on an old cassette...
Both tracks are supposed to be live unplugged versions recorded at the radio studio though so it could be worth it ... maybe...
I'll probably hate it but it's too late now!!

So how much was it for?

I don't know exactly since the shipping had to be added in and the invoice total was in Swiss francs not £s. I just closed my eyes and pushed the Pay button before I could change my mind =D
I don't want to be any less vague in case my girlfriend reads this thread and finds out HAHA!

It's a speech from Charles BUKOWSKI. The music was a jazz-like jamming made unplugged by coroner; The band played at least 2 times in DRS Studios('92 and'93),but no originals though.

So,now's the big question: was it worth what you spent for it?

So,now's the big question: was it worth what you spent for it? That's not the easiest question to answer so I'd say 'Probably' =) It isn't easy to answer because as I'm sure you've gathered now I just love tracking down rare Coroner stuff and so in that respect , to find a 'lost' previously unreleased new track to add to my collection , yes it's worth every penny to satisfy my curiosity to hear it. The other rare Coroner items I 'need' for my collection will eventually cost me a lot more than this did. The track itself is a kinda of instrumental jazzy demo version of Semtex Revolution, which is quite cool. Not their best track ever by any means, but it's still interesting to listen too, and hey it's Coroner and even Coroner on a slow day is better than most other bands on a good day ! XD The way I see it, to take a similar example its kinda like 'The Compilation' www.discogs.com/Coroner-The-Compilation/release/2750349 in that there is a tape I can't even unwrap, let alone play, and it has tracks I have elsewhere, so it sits on my shelf doing nothing. Was it worth it? Yes because I've never seen another one. My usual tactic when I'm not sure if I've overpaid for something in to try and buy more. If I can get more cheaper, then the average price I paid falls so I can sell them for less to get my money back ;-) If I can't buy more cheaper then I can probably sell it for what I paid or more. And as of now, I can't find another copy of that tape anywhere. So one day, I'll probably run off a couple of copies and put it back up for sale; but for now I'm enjoying some new (to my ears) Coroner to listen to until the next album comes out. Actually, having written all that has made me realise that I'm glad I've got it, so yeah, it was worth it to me =)
