Well, this is the first full length album by the long gone Bulgarian death metal band DESOLATE. It's old school to the bone and cool as shit. They disbanded soon after the album, then show up in a different line up and recorded another album, which is considered as a "none DESOLATE" album by the guy who owns the rights to it and gave me the green light to upload it on YouTube for you to hear. If you listen carefully, you can hear the Bolt-Thrower, Kreator and early Beherit influences. None the less - cool old school death metal as I said before. If you like that kind of shit, or you are a fan of extreme music from exotic locations, or just good (old school) death metal in general, check it out - DESOLATE "A Shadowed, Dying Conscience".

I've only heard the first three songs so far, and although not great, it does have several good, different parts, like the bizarre lead guitar at about the 9:20 mark (/near the end of the second song), along with the spoken vocals not long afterwards, which is strange, as well as the intro on the next song also being bizarre and different.
It would've been cool to see what they would've been capable of if they came out with an extra album or two and grew with those unusual parts and the like.
