Ok...for all the Coroner fans out there that loved the sound and style of music the mighty power trio from Switzerland provided... I have been directly influenced and met them many times when they toured.... But today I front my own power trio called Spectors Of Sin....we are based out of Milwaukee WI..... www.myspace.com/spectorsofsinThis band was founded by me. Since then Members Noel: Drums and Conrad: Bass have finalized the band.... A few months ago we were preparing to enter the studio to record our first EP..... Tommy V. of Coroner was contacted to handle the mixing and mastering.........Although we recorded locally and did not use Tom's studio we still were thrilled with his response which is as follows...... "Hello les, Sorry for not answering for that long. I`m super busy at the moment. I just listened to your bands pre production. it sounds great, man. especially your guitar playing is awesome. i would love to mix your four track ep. just let me know. Thanks and best regards. tommy -------------------------------------- New Sound Studio Tommy Vetterli So he liked it so should you...........................................lol

Well guys i have to say that your work is superb, despite the fact that for this forum the most important thing regarding your post is Tommy's answer!!! Anyway if you manage to get Tommy into this i think you will have the support you righteously deserve. Excellent work again, hope everyone who saw your post listened to your tracks.

Thank you to all that listen to our music.....And yes it was very amazing that Tommy listened and commented on our band and my guitar playing......
When you visit our site and listen to the music... And if you like it leave comments that only further supports this style of Metal as well it allows us to project what the fans and friends are thinking...
In fact I have just received and email yesterday from Tommy with regards to working on our upcoming full length album... He liked the video....lol
Tommy has offered to work with us on our full length album and the band will take this opportunity for sure....
My band decided to utilize Tom's studio and expertise....This will occur in the coming months......
Stay Tuned

In further communication with Tommy....
Tommy wrote " I like the songs a lot. I`m very sure coroner fans will like it, too ;-)"
So I may fly over to Switzerland for a few days when he works on our album.....which will be in a few months
Shit this is going to be expensive................

First post here. You sound great on the tracks I've heard so far. So how did this recording session turn out? Or are those the tracks on your myspace page. Very cool, I'll be adding Spectors of Sin to my wants list. Stay Heavy!

Thank you for the compliments....In this day and age of bands and styles it is very cool to see people still listen to this style of music....
We are planning a music video very soon as well as a new album...So when the new album is released all coroner fans and our fans should check it out....
Also Spectors Of Sin has hired a new drummer....We look forward to this new addition....
For those in Wisconsin please come out and support us at Doomsday 2011 metal show held at the Rave in Milwaukee WI. This show should be in January....Well keep you posted
Les (guitars/vox)

Damn, dudes! I haven't heard something this good from the US this kick ass in a long time, much less from a fellow Midwest group. I front and play bass for a thrash band called Chance In Hell in Iowa City, IA and we're trying to get Iowa known for more than just Slipknot. Is there a way to order your demo?

Thanks, guys! I grew a brain and tried clicking the link and lo and behold, it wasn't a hundred percent, but I went to reverbnation.com and searched for SOS and there you were. Been blasting non stop and bragging to all my metal pals about the cool new band I found. Speaking of which, my buddy (and drummer) Andy and I have a metal show on our local pirate radio station and would love to play your stuff but would like permission first. We truly play a vast mix of everything from old school like Possessed, Dark Angel, Coroner, Overkill, etc to some of the 'newer' bands (mid '90's) like Nevermore, Iced Earth, Meshuggah, etc. There have honestly only been about ten over all bands in the last 15 years to really blow my doors off and Spectors of Sin is one of 'em. Please keep me posted if you get a full length together. Best wishes and up the horns!

Thank you for listening in to our music as well as the major compliments....So far we have been getting hundreds of downloads of our music from the reverbnation site..... We are now looking for a record label to get us more exposure and take us to another level......

I also listened to your music and I liked it very much. Once you guys got your record label deal done, your next movement would be booking for some festivals and gigs. That said, I'm not sure if you already have a proper connection for booking purposes. So, you might go ahead and visit www.sonicbids.com they will take care of that for the bands arround the world, and they will charge you arround 100$ a year. Of course, there might be other organizations to do the similar thing, but this one worked pretty well for a few bands I know. Was just a "tiny" help, in case you might wondering how to start the booking worldwide. Cheers~
