I think Marky would be the one to ask, if i recall correctly he was the one who was behind the artistic concepts of the album art.

Well, I dunno how keen you are to find out more, but I noticed on the album that the art direction credit goes to Istvan Vizner & Marky. Looks like Istvan was involved in a few of the Noise releases of the day. Check out www.scheffold.vizner.com for some of his current photography (some pretty cool shots on there). There's a contact email on the site - you could always write him a mail and see if he remembers. If you do and he does... let us know!
