Wow, crazy to think, makes me wonder what the original version of the band was Kind of like Wrathchild here--not the British band, but the American one--where they seemed to be just a regular power metal band, but once they got in Jay Abbene and Terry Carter, they radically changed around to thrash metal! Too bad Wrathchild America didn't do real well though

Ha, here is an interview, which handles the question in detail. This band played Mötley Crüe style, recorded the demo that I got copied during tapetrading days in approx 1983, broke up and Marky took over the name and the logo a bit later.
