Maybe I missed it, but I don't see a "favourite tune off each album" thread. So let's have one! Pick only one song from each album, as if your life fuckin depended on it - only one! I know it's tough to choose just the one, but interesting to know what you guys think (please explain your choices where possible)

R. I. P. "When Angels Die"-pretty good music and lyrics
PFD "Masked Jackal"-DUH! One of THE greatest death/thrash tunes of all time!
NMC "Die By My Hand"-it rips, very heavy guitar
MV "Son of Lilith" -very heavy, good riffs, like playing this on the drums
Grin "Internal Conflicts" -several good, different riffs, the brief keyboard bit, a great, long song
s/t "Golden Cashmere Sleeper" -moody metal, makes me wonder what it's about, the grim lyrics matches the mood

Death Cult- "Spectators of Sin." As if the intro wasn't badass enough, the song rocks too. RIP- Oooh, tough. "When Angels Die"? PFD– "Masked Jackal," for sure. NMC– "Tunnel of Pain" completely wins. Bass tapping, thrashing riffs, awesome solo section, that one sweet groovy part, menacing chorus. MV– "Metamorphosis." Snarled awesome vocals, and the riffage is Coroner at their most catchy. Grin– "Serpent Moves." Simultaneously really heavy and quite meditative, I think. s/t– "Golden Cashmere Sleeper," for the same reasons as Witchfynde mentioned. I love the fretless bass playing on it as well.

May as well answer my own post!
R.I.P. - Totentanz - it's just bad ass! PFD - Sudden Fall - I love the way it steps up & then drops that time change on you! (for the "Day by day your hands are used..." part. Aaargghh!!) NMC - Mistress Of Deception - that mad run leading into the eastern flavours sums up everything perfect about Coroner (and this album) MV - Sirens - it's just so dark without being too overt, meaty darkness! Grin - Serpent Moves - really cool chorus and amazing solo Coroner - Shifter - "These ARE NOT MY HANDS!!"

This is a hard one. This is my best shot. It might be different next month.
Death Cult - Arrogance in uniform. The obvious sound that would became Coroner. R.I.P. - Spiral dreams. Thrash from the getgo. Amazing solo. P.F.D. - Masked Jackal for sure. N.M.C. - Tunnel of pain. I'm trying to play this one...ouch, these are my hands. (Double respect to Marclecombe) M.V. - Devine Step. This song got it all. Thrash, melancholic, solo's GRIN! - Serpent moves. What is it, reggae, blues, rock? No it's CORONER at its best ! Coroner - Golden Cashmere sleeper. SHE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN! Ah, i just close my eyes and drift away. Awesome.

Goddamn this is a hard one. As stillplaying said, could change next month for sure.
R.I.P. - Reborn Through Hate - Classic early Coroner.
Punishment For Decadence - Masked Jackal - This was the first Coroner song I ever heard, I used to watch the video clip over and over and I learned all the bass parts. It was a huge influence on me musically as a 14 year old metalhead.
No More Color - Read my Scars - Menacing intro into awesome crunchy groove, Ron Broder's fat bass tone really stands out on this track. And once the song takes off, it really goes places. The flat out tech-thrash mid section is amazing.
Mental Vortex - Pale Sister - Mental riffing, crazy jazz timing, great solo and lots of low-down crunchy swing makes this song really stand out whenever I listen to the album.
Grin - Serpent Moves - Probably my favorite Coroner song. The hypnotic tasty minimal groove is awesome and the solo literally sends chills down my spine every time I hear it. And the end section with the reversed groove is pure genius.
Coroner - The Favorite Game - Love the groove in this song, another hypnotic journey, extremely tastefully done.
