Hi all, I'm obviously new on this board. My name's Thomas,I'm French but I currently live in England. I've been a fan of Coroner since the early 90's,and I was lucky enough to see them on stage 4 times-in 1991(July 16th I believe, for the Valley's Rock Festival,La Voulte,France),then October 13th 1993 in Lyon,France, when they toured for "Grin",then in Limoges for the Megafolies festival(1994),and finally again in Limoges on January 26th 1996. I got to talk to them after every gig except the first one, very cool guys and obviously brilliant musicians. Like all of you guys,I'd love to see them together again,as they haven't made a single album or song I dislike(as opposed to most bands who at some point come up with something average or crap!!). I'm not holding my breath on this one,but you never know,....Let's all share the same dream anyway!! I'm also a big fan of Kreator and Megadeth( both playing in London soon!!),as well as Sepultura,Motorhead,The Almighty and W.A.S.P(who rocked the UK twice this year!!),.... Anyway, does anybody know what Tommy,Marky and Ron are up to now?I can't find anything about any of them on the net, except old stuff out of date, and the last time I talked to Tommy was after a Kreator gig in Lyon,France in December 1997!! Anyway, wish you all a merry Christmas and all the best for 2005. Rock n' Roll to Death!!!! THOMAS.

Wow! You might want to go here ratqueen.proboards1.com/index.cgi?board=coroner&action=display&n=1&thread=191and report those first tour dates to Ironfelix, he's missing those two Great that you got to meet and talk to them several times! (And if you've got the time, feel free to bump up my topic about seeing them live and adding your own stories ) Anyway, does anybody know what Tommy,Marky and Ron are up to now?I can't find anything about any of them on the net, except old stuff out of date, Probably nothing you haven't already heard, but last I heard Tommy was teaching guitar and Marky was in SPOO. Don't think Ron's doing anything musically, although I hope to be wrong on that

You mean you saw them during their Farewell tour? Cool! Did you manage to get the Rare and Unreleased Tracks?

Hi mate, Yes,my last Coroner gig was on the Farewell tour, which was also a long story....I was going to go and see them in Lyon, which is close to where I'm originally from. However, they played there the day I had to start my national service....!! So I decided to go and see them in Limoges, which at the time seemed the closest,or so I thought....The whole journey took me 24h,I covered 1500km by train, had to dodge the skinheads at night, and spent a small fortune....that was the most expensive gig ever for me!!But well worth it!! Fantastic show, got all my album covers signed by the band, had pictures taken with them, got Tommy's guitar pick, and Marky even invited me and another guy backstage for a quick beer-that was a small venue though, there were about 300 of us. I did buy the Unreleased tracks, and had the tape signed as well!! All in all, certainly one of the very best shows I've ever seen!! I really miss Coroner.
