Here is the body of a letter I recently sent to them reguarding an order. They've had 2 chances to get it right and are only making it worse. That's why I'm bringing it to your attention. So the moral of the story is "Buyer Beware"

GUYS I'M EXTREMELY PISSED ! 1ST OF ALL YOU SCREWED UP MY ORIGINAL ORDER. I MAILED YOU THE DUPLICATE CD AND ENCLOSED A LETTER. HERE IS THE TEXT FROM THAT LETTER:

On my original order I ordered three different Coroner CD’s (see enclosed receipt). The order was somehow miss-processed and I received two of the same CD and one other one (see invoice). I have enclosed “Coroner – Mental Vortex”, please exchange this for the original CD I ordered which is “Coroner – No More Color”. By the way my name is Kurt not Urt. Details are important people. Thank you.






SO WHAT WAS YOUR RESPONSE? YOU CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AN ADDITIONAL $12.95, WHICH I NEVER AUTHORIZED YOU TO DO (AS I PAID FOR THE MERCHANDISE IN FULL), AND I STILL HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING!! I'M PLANNING ON FORWARDING THIS LETTER TO EVERY E-ZINE THAT BEARS YOUR NAME WITH A "BUYER BEWARE" WARNING. I'D SUGGEST YOU PUT A SIX SIGMA TEAM TOGETHER TASKED WITH FIXING YOUR LAME ORDER FILLING DEPARTMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS YOUR LIFEBLOOD AND WITH THE SERVICE YOU'VE SHOWN ME UP 'TILL NOW YOUR SHIP IS DESTINED TO SINK. YOU GUYS CAN'T EVEN GET MY NAME RIGHT OR SPELL CORONER'S ALBUMS RIGHT.

I WILL CONTACT MY CREDIT UNION AND YOU CAN EXPLAIN TO THEM HOW YOU WRONGFULLY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT.
