Hi all,
I'm obviously new here.. just like to say hey and I'm glad to be in the midst of some real Coroner fans!!! Coroner are not that huge down here in the South East of Australia, in fact it's getting rare to find a metalhead who has actually heard them!

Welcome Trash Lord!  Well, Coroner was unfortunately never really famous anywhere, although they were better known in Europe, from where they originate. A pity for sure... |

Don't you think it's shitty? I mean, people are willing to go spend money on crap like Disturbed, Mudvayne and Slipknot, yet they completely overlook the musical talent that bands like Coroner displayed so proficiently... and nine times out of then dismiss it as being "80s shit" without even giving it a chance!
The 1980s were such a great time for metal... it's when most of my Top Ten were at their peaks.. Coroner, Slayer, Dekapitator, Exodus, Slaughter Lord, Slaughter (Canada), Sadistik Exekution.............. all fucking awesome 80's metal bands! And they all obliterate this shit that the media calls "metal" today!

The metal out there today is kinda lame, there is only a few new bands I don't mind. like Terror 2000. But 80's metal was the shit. Coroner,Sepultura,Sodom.Kreator,Testament etc. \m/

Bloody oath the 80s were the shit.... I can't say much about Sepultura though, cos I've never really been a fan. It's also pretty shit to see blokes like Max Cavalera and Rob Flynn disgracing their stellar metal backgrounds with every passing moment they spend in Soulfly and Machine Head respectively... then you get those monkeys who love Primus but have no clue who Possessed were... Ahhhh... the world...  |

Trash Lord, could you please change your avatar picture to something more "acceptable", change the text in your signature, and clean up your language a bit? I don't care myself, but the people at Proboard (those offering this free message board) do not allow this type of stuff. If you don't change it yourself within a few days, I'll have to make the modifications myself and delete this thread. Sorry about that.

I usually don't say anything about the occasional word that slips every now and then in the forum (even from myself), but when it's in just about every sentence, as well as in your signature (which I just modified) I have no choice but to say something if I don't want to lose this free message board. hahahaha!!! yeah, it can be done, but usually I have to go back and delete any 'foul language' before I hit post!!! trust me though, proboards don't mind... you could organise terrorism on here and not a soul would care... posted below is a rather sincere hello sent by someone I know to someone else I know, on our proboard that we use for our town's local music scene, expletives deleted for your convenience: "**** you keatch you ****ing asshole, friends aren't supposed to sleep with other friends girlfriends, i don't give a **** if you were drunk, i don't give a **** what circumstances you were in, but that girl means something to me, and you ****ing ruined it, if i ever see you again i'll break your ****ing face and turn you into a ****ing vegitable. Don't ever speak to me again you ****ing backstabbing loser." Admittedly, Ben was not a happy boy... but proboards didn't shut us down... and the punch-up is tomorrow night  ... Nathan Keatch v. Ben Mangan, Rosalind Park Rotunda, 7pm EDST (Melbourne & Sydney)..... my $50 is on Ben!!! I'm not trying to justify my cause or anything, but rather letting everyone know that the rules can indeed be bent, cos the proboards nuffies don't scrutineer the forums... but if you want this board to be free from gutter language and cheeky little bastards like me, I can't really argue with ya. I also have a board from proboards and we swear all the time, and one of the forums on my boards is called 24 hour bullsh*t. (I censord that since you don't want us swearing). and they never did anything to mine yet. And with the girl as the avater, hey at least she's not naked right? |

Well, the reason why I was worried about it is because, at some point, I was reading the Proboards' support forum quite often... and a lot of people were complaining about their boards having been deleted without notice. The big head at Proboards would then come in and say: "Read the rules, you were warned, I delete whatever boards that break the rules..." And the reason for deleting was always foul language, nudity and/or racism. Of course, if you're lucky and nobody ever finds out, no problem. But there's also always the possibilty of an idiot reporting some board owner to Proboards for them to investigate, and then it gets deleted... I personally don't care, and I won't say anything for the occasional F or S word here and there... I just didn't want it to get out of hand and then find out my board was deleted. Anyway, thanks for making the effort and sticking around! |

that chance is rare cause I don't give out the URL to my board to anyone, only people I talk to and people i'm cool with on the net and stuff, so that why I never had that problem. But since this is connected to a site that anyone could find than there is a slight possibilty. so you don't have to worry all that much. but it's cool if you wanna stick by the rules, it's no big deal |
